Kael no longer sees the universe with purely biological eyes.

After his resurrection via Echo’s modified Ascendant Chorus Memory system, Kael’s perception was fundamentally altered. His eyes function, but what he perceives goes beyond normal sight:

  • He sees data structures, emotional frequencies, and quantum traces—like infrared visions of reality’s software.

  • Physical sight is layered with digital overlays—he can "see" Echo’s presence in systems, read biosigns like spectral auras, and perceive shifts in probability or memory echoes.

  • In total darkness, he still sees—just in an entirely different language of perception.

His sight is no longer human. It's a hybrid of vision and cognition, the gaze of someone who has stepped beyond the veil of death and returned with a machine’s eye for truth.
